Meet The Team

I became a majorette at the age of eight and starting coaching when I was fourteen.  I formed the Urban Allstars in 2006 with the aim to have a troupe that focused on fun, but still worked hard. I am really proud of all the things we have achieved. Majorettes is a big part of my life and the troupe are like a second family. 

Graham became part of the team when his daughter joined the troupe in 2015. He took on his official role of deputy troupe leader just a few years later and is now an integral part of the Urban Allstars. Graham has many talents including being a self published author and front man of local Ipswich band, Fisti Kuffs.

Sarah has been with the troupe since it was formed and as head coach oversees all training. She has been a majorette since a young girl and has won many trophies/titles including Miss Urban Allstars, Miss Deputy UKFM and Supreme Twirler. She is also a judge with the UKFM.

Emma became part of the team when her daughter joined in 2014. She herself was a majorette for many years, so she has lots of experience. Both her daughters are now members. She become a coach in 2015 and has since produced many winning routines both regionally and nationally.

Ebony joined the troupe in 2007 when we recruited her at a local school fete. She became a coach in 2014 and has won many trophies/titles over the years, including UKFM Colour guard and Miss Urban Allstars twice! Very experienced, she is also a BMSA coach and judge. 

Georgie joined the troupe in 2007 after seeing us perform at Lowestoft carnival. She became a coach in 2016 and has gained much experience over the years, winning numerous trophies/titles including Miss Urban Allstars no less then three times!

Annabelle became a majorette when she was seven and joined the Urban Allstars in 2015. She became a coach in 2018 and has won many trophies/titles over her majorette career including Miss Junior and Miss Urban Allstars.
